Being the guy behind a camera was never something I planned to be. It is something I owe credit to my father who, almost to a fault, always had my brothers and I in front of one as kids, until he handed the reigns of his equipment over to me.

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I was never far from a John Muir like adventure. My mom and her family spent their time exploring the country in vans and buses, which inspired me to pursue my own life of exploration.
